Question
Any suggestions for homemade trailer hitches?
Answer
There are a couple of types of DIY trailer hitches:
One type puts the hitch up around the top of your bike’s seat stays. The other puts the hitch down near your left dropout. One of the easiest hitches to put together is created by using a pneumatic tool hose connector. Short pieces of tough hose on either side of the connector can be bolted or clamped to your bike and the trailer. An easy bolt site on the bike is at the tail end of the rear rack, using the holes that are (usually) there.
