Where are the best places to practice mountain biking?
Answer
I really like the trails in the River Valley. Most of it is pavement but you occasionally get areas where you can side track off the pavement into what I call “rough trails”.
There is also a nice path that connects Fort Edmonton and Hawrelak Park that feels like a mountain environment.
Please consult a bicycle map for directions to the river valley. You can pick one up by visiting the EBC shop. You can also pick up the booklet from various book and bike-stores in town.
