Bikeology Annual General Meeting

The fine folks who organize Bikeology and Bike Month in Edmonton are VELOfest Edmonton League and Organization and they’re looking for ideas and volunteers for this 2012.
Greetings folks. We are sending out this wee note as an invitation to our partners, sponsors, volunteers, and other interested parties and that means YOU!
VELOfest Edmonton League and Organization invites you to their February Annual General Meeting at The Dish. As we are meeting in a restaurant, there will be the opportunity to order beverages and food. VELO will take care of the beverages; however please note you will be responsible for the foodstuffs you consume.
We are experiencing incredible growth in interest in bicycle culture, and we would be delighted to have you along as we make Bikeology Festival a truly marvellous bit of bikey love throughout Edmonton¹s Bike Month 2012 and beyond.
We are excited to have you join us, and will be sending out an agenda to all who RSVP.

Tuesday: closed (reserved for bike building, 6pm - 9pm)
Wednesday: 2pm - 8pm

Saturday: 1pm - 5pm
Sunday: 1pm - 5pm
1st, 3rd & 5th Sundays of the month reserved for Women and Transgendered persons only, 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month open to the general public
BikeWorks North Hours:
Throughout May, BikeWorks North will be operating in limited capacity as we continue renovations. There will be limited bike sales, limited used parts available, and only a limited selection of new parts. For full service, please visit BikeWorks South.
Thursday: 6pm - 9pm
Saturday: 1pm - 5pm
Sunday: 1pm - 5pm
BikeWorks (both locations) is closed for statutory holidays unless otherwise noted. We will be closed on Victoria Day, May 21, 2012.

Bike to the Symphony 2012
Join us for the third annual Bike to the Symphony ride. Tickets on sale now until May 25 for $20 (members, non-members $30 including a new membership). Dress up for the ride or pack your dress or suit and change once we arrive at the Winspear. Prizes will be awarded for Best Dressed Cyclists! Meet at Da Capo Caffe at 8pm for free refreshments, courtesy Da Capo.
